Respecting the varied nature of each student's unique body, this gentle yoga class moves slowly and mindfully through a sequence of poses intended to cultivate nurturing, kindness and compassion toward the body and mind.

Pamela earned a BFA from the University of Georgia in art and interior design and blends those skills with an emphasis on both the internal and external environment, to assist you in developing a space to support your practice.
