Join Pamela for a series of Yoga + Ayurveda workshops at each of the four seasons designed to align body, mind, and spirit with the natural cycles of the year.

Each two and a half-hour seasonal immersion blends the wisdom of Ayurveda with traditional yoga practice, guiding you to live and move in tune with nature’s shifting rhythms.

Through mindful asana, breathwork, meditation, and simple self-care rituals, you’ll learn how to balance the elemental energies of each season — awakening in spring, cooling in summer, grounding in autumn, and restoring in winter.

Each session includes practical Ayurvedic tips, seasonal routines, and reflective journaling to carry the work off the mat and into daily life.

Come for one season — or journey through the full year as a living practice of renewal, balance, and connection to the pulse of nature within and around you.This offering is open to yoga students, teachers and anyone interested in holistic well-being.
