Focus & Approach

  • Deepened Practice (Sādhanā): Mentorship assists in creating a sustainable, personalized practice that goes beyond physical asana, allowing you to "live" yoga off the mat.

  • Himalayan Tradition: Mentorship is grounded in the ancient teachings of the Himalayan Masters, with direct links to this lineage.

  • Individualized Guidance: Tailored to your specific goals, whether you are a new teacher needing guidance, a teacher feeling "stuck," or a practitioner wanting to refine their understanding.

  • Holistic Healing: Incorporating ancient Yoga techniques and modern Yoga Therapy knowledge to inspire healing at every level
